ISOPURE MASS by Nature’s Best is a weight gainer with 33% protein content. All the protein comes from whey protein isolate. Therefore its lactose content should be very low. People with lactose intolerance should be able to use it with no problems.
ISOPURE MASS is sweetened with the artificial sweetener sucralose, the safety of which is controversial.
What the label doesn’t tell you, and it is with almost all American protein powders, is that they might contain rBGH (or rBST). rBGH is a hormone that dairy farmers inject into the cows for added milk production. Europe Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ban this hormone. The US did not ban it. We’re not saying that all American milk products contain rBGH. Ben & Jerry ice cream for example refuse to use milk with rBGH. Unless it is specifically stated on the product label otherwise, you should assume all American protein powders to contain rBGH.
If you would like to avoid rBGH and sucralose, you should choose White Knight Anabolic Mass.
