Directions

For Bath & Spa Use Ultra Epsom Salt for a relaxing soak to soothe sore muscles, ease aches and pains, soften skin and relieve stress.

For Bath: Dissolve 2 cups of Ultra Epsom Salt in a full bath of warm water. Soak for 20 minutes.

For Foot Soak: Dissolve 1 cup of Ultra Epsom Salt in a large bowl of warm water. Soak for 20 minutes. Add a few drops of essential oil for a soothing spa experience.
For Garden Ultra Epsom Magnesium Sulfate can: Help seeds germinate/Help produce more flowers/Improve phosphorus and nitrogen uptake/Increase chlorophyll production
For Health & Wellness An Ultra Epsom Salt compress can help to relieve minor aches, soothe bruises and sprains, relieve swelling around insect bites and draw out splinters

Dissolve 2 cups of Ultra Epsom Salt in 4 cups of warm water and soak a cloth in the solution. Apply the damp cloth to the affected area for 20 minutes.
