How long does Melatonin 10mg make you sleep?

That will depend on how your body responds. Some people do not respond to melatonin while others get a good 8 hours of sleep.

How much Melatonin should I take?

Trial and error. Doses range from 1mg to 10mg. You can start with anywhere between 1mg to 5mg and go up or down as you need.

What else is Melatonin good for?

Apart from sleep and uses for jetlag, melatonin can also support eye healthy and gastric reflux. However, research is needed to verify these uses.

How should I take Melatonin?
