Healthy Origins Chlorella is a broken cell wall, green superfood belonging to the species Chlorella sorokiniana.
It is composed of amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidant pigments and the unique nucleotide – Peptide Complex CGF (Chlorella Growth Factor).
CGF promotes rapid growth for the algae, and is known for stimulating the immune system which also promotes healing.
This product is packaged in the USA using raw ingredients manufactured exclusively by Yaeyama Shokusan Co., Ltd. on the Japanese island of Ishigaki.

Generally around 3g to 10g daily in divided doses if you want, to be taken for a couple of months.
It doesn't really matter when you should take it. Some people recommend on an empty stomach 30 minutes before a meal for better absorption of nutrients. However if it upsets your stomach, you should take it with food to minimize the side effect.
