All orders are sent within 1-2 days from our distribution center of the order being placed. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service. If you cannot sign for delivery at home, please use an alternative address where someone is available to accept the package.

For Hong Kong delivery, SF Express will be used and most orders are usually fulfilled within 7 days. You should receive a tracking number when the order has been processed. If you do not receive your delivery within 10 days, please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf. 

For Overseas delivery, it may take from 2 to 6 weeks depending on courier. We may contact you to confirm courier details. Alternatively, please email us to arrange for alternate delivery options.
