Refund and Returns Policy
All food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. All non-food products are subject to a 14 day refund/return period. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your request is received within 14 days of purchase, we will assess your situation on a case by case basis and offer you options accordingly.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Out of Stock Items
If the product you ordered (food and non-food products) is out of stock, we will contact you and see if you would like a refund, to switch to another product or to put the order on hold until it comes back in stock.
Defective Items and Wrong Items Sent
If the shipped item is defective, damaged during transit, or is not the correct item that matches your order, you will be eligible for an exchange only. Please take a picture and send it to us along with your return/refund request. We will then ask you to either return or keep the item, after which we will then dispatch the replacements at no extra shipping cost to you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 264, 24 East Point Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product falls under the “Defective Items and Wrong Items Sent” Category. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
