These capsules contain 100mg or 200mg of caffeine, which is about the same amount as 1-2 cups of coffee. Because they are not being slowly consumed over time (like a beverage) some people make the experience a more abrupt, quicker response. We would recommend taking these with food as some people may experience nausea when consuming caffeine on an empty stomach. Those prone to headaches caused by caffeine should take with caution.
